  • 3 pints blackberries
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup tart cherry juice (I wan't measuring)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for tart syrup)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup red wine
  • 2 in strip lime zest
  • 2 in strip lime zest

Directions

    bring all ingredients except zest to biol, reduce heat, add zests, simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Cool, remove zests, puree with immersion blender. OMG this is soooo good.
