- 1 tsp. each onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper
- 3/4 tsp. white pepper
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 (3 oz.) catfish filets
Directions

1Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper, white pepper, black pepper, thyme and oregano in shaker bottle; mix well.

2Spray cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat until very hot.

3Sprinkle catfish filets with seasoning mixture.

4Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
