- 1 mango
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
Directions

1Dice mango, peppers, onion, and cilantro.

2Combine diced ingredients with minced garlic, lime juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper if necessary.

3Heat grill to medium-high. Season both sides of chicken breasts with blackened seasoning.
