  • Strawberry Pop Rocks Candy, finely crushed
  • Lime wedges
  • 3 pints raspberry sorbet
  • 6 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Sliced fresh pineapple or maraschino cherries, optional

Directions

    Sprinkle candy on a plate. Using lime wedges, moisten the rims of glasses; dip rims in candy.

    In a blender, cover and process sorbet and juices in batches for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses; garnish with pineapple if desired. Serve immediately.
