Ingredients

  • 12 head napa cabbage, 1/4 inch slice
  • 1 sweet red onion, 1/8 inch sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, slice
  • 5 ounces carrots, shredded
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, 1/8 inch sliced
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce, Mae Ploy brand
  • 18 cup rice vinegar, Marukan brand

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl add in the cabbage and brake up the cabbage into sliced.

    Add in the rest of the ingredients and combine the mixture.

    Let stand for 30 minutes and pour into a 1 quart plastic container and cover with lip and into the refrigerator.

    This is best in the refrigerator for a week before use.
