- 3 bananas
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Whirl fully ripe bananas in blender.

4Add oil and eggs; whirl until well blended.

5Place flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into a medium size bowl.

6Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into pan; rap on table to remove any large bubbles. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.
