- 2 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Place all the ingredients, except the butter, in the blender. Blend for approximately 5 seconds.

2Let the butter cool to room temperature, then gradually add slowly to blender.

3The sauce should thicken.

4If the butter is too hot, it will not thicken.

5Makes 3/4 cup.
