Blender Chocolate Chess Pie

- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick regular margarine, softened
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blend eggs in blender 20 seconds. Mix sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Add sugar mixture to eggs in a blender with milk, vanilla and margarine.

3Blend until well mixed. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until pie is done. Pie will rise high and fall somewhat when cool.
