Blender Lemon Pie

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 frozen pie shell
- powdered sugar, to garnish
- sift sugar, flour and corn starch together
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Place eggs, butter, lemon juice, sugar mixture and vanilla extract in blender and pulse until smooth.

3Pour into frozen pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. I always put my pie on a cookie sheet to bake.

4Remove from oven and let cool completely.

5Dust with powdered sugar.
