Blender Peanut Mousse

- milk
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2/3 c. peanut butter pieces
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
Directions

1In saucepan, heat 1/2 cup milk just to boiling.

2In blender, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold milk.

3Let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk. Blend 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter pieces.

4Blend until melted.

5Add sugar, cream and 3 ice cubes.

6Blend until smooth.

7Pour into 4 dessert dishes.

8Freeze 20 minutes. Garnish with remaining peanut butter pieces.
