- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (white)
- 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Remove shells and pat dry.

2Mix everything together with fork. Don't overmix so crabmeat doesn't break up too much.

3Place in 1-quart casserole.

4Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

5Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

6Keep warm while serving.

7Serve with Town House crackers.
