Blender Pecan Pie

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla in blender and blend well.

    Add pecans and blend just enough to chop nuts coarsely.

    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell.

    Bake in hot oven (425°) for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking until top is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

    Good for freezer.
