Ingredients
- 1 c. hot tap water
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except flour in blender.

2Blend for 1 minute.

3Make a well in flour in bowl and pour in liquid.

4Mix well with spoon.

5Set aside in warm place and let rise 1 1/2 hours or double in size.

6Grease 2 coffee cans and divide dough equally. Put plastic lids on and let rise until lids pop off, about 3/4 hour.

7Bake in 350° oven about 35 minutes.

8Let cool 15 minutes in can.
