  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk cold
  • 13 cup brandy or any fruit flavored brandy
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped, 1/2 pint
  • 1 x nutmeg or cinnamon, optional
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk, brandy, sugar and salt in blender container.

    Cover, blend at high speed until combined.

    Pour into serving bowl and fold into whipped cream.

    Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon over top.

    *Egg nog can be frozen.

    Thaw at least 24 hours before serving.
