- 2-1/2 cups Sifted All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Butter
- 2/3 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2/3 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 2/3 cups Light Cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

1Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

2Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Beat in cream and vanilla.

6At low speed, add in dry ingredients, 1/2 cup at a time, until smooth.

7Fold in chocolate and butterscotch chip.

8Spread in prepared pan and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

9The top should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle should come out almost clean.

10Move pan to wire rack to cool completely. Cut into bars when cool.
