  • 2-1/2 cups Sifted All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2/3 cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2/3 cups Light Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

    Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

    Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Beat in cream and vanilla.

    At low speed, add in dry ingredients, 1/2 cup at a time, until smooth.

    Fold in chocolate and butterscotch chip.

    Spread in prepared pan and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

    The top should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle should come out almost clean.
