  • Butter 230g
  • Dark Brown Suagr 340g
  • Vanilla Extract 1tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Plain Flour 280g
  • Bicarbonate of Soda 1/2tsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • White Chocolate, chopped 240g

Directions

    Preheat the oven to gas 4/180c and line a brownie tin with greaseproof paper,

    Melt the butter in a pan and whisk the sugar and salt till combined then add the vanilla extract and whisk,
  3. 3
    Remove from the heat and leave to cool for a bit till you add the eggs,
  4. 4
    Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder into a large bowl, then whisk in the butter mixture a little at a time,
  5. 5
    Leave the mixture to cool completely then fold in the white chocolate,
  6. 6
    Spoon the mix into a prepared brownie tin and spead evenly and bake for 30-40 minutes or untill outer edges are firm.
