- Dark Brown Suagr 340g
- Vanilla Extract 1tsp
- Eggs 2
- Plain Flour 280g
- Bicarbonate of Soda 1/2tsp
- Baking powder 1tsp
- White Chocolate, chopped 240g
Directions

1Preheat the oven to gas 4/180c and line a brownie tin with greaseproof paper,

2Melt the butter in a pan and whisk the sugar and salt till combined then add the vanilla extract and whisk,

3Remove from the heat and leave to cool for a bit till you add the eggs,

4Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder into a large bowl, then whisk in the butter mixture a little at a time,

5Leave the mixture to cool completely then fold in the white chocolate,

6Spoon the mix into a prepared brownie tin and spead evenly and bake for 30-40 minutes or untill outer edges are firm.
