  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 unbeaten egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Shape into balls.

    Roll in granulated sugar.

    Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 8 minutes; remove from oven and top each cookie with a Hershey Kiss, pressing firmly.

    Place back in oven and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.

    Makes about 60 cookies.
