- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 slices thick cut bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) bagchopped romaine lettuce

Directions

1Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp.

2Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.

3Discard drippings.

4Whisk mayonnaise and vinegar in large bowl.

5Add bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and croutons.

6Toss all ingredients to combine.

7Season with salt and pepper.

9Note: You can substitute 1 pound of regular bacon for thick cut type.

10Also, you can use cherry tomatoes, halved, instead of grape tomatoes.
