Ingredients

  • 3 loaves Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut lengthwise in half
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1-1/2 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 qt. tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 1-1/2 qt. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
  • 3 cups MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning

Directions

    Brush cut sides of bread loaves with oil.

    Grill or bake until lightly toasted on both sides.

    Cut into 1-inch cubes; place in large bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
