  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 2 flour tortillas (10 inch)
  • 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09

    Mix cream cheese and mustard in medium bowl until blended.

    Stir in artichokes.

    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto tortillas; cover with spinach, tomatoes and bacon.

    Roll up.

    Wrap individually in plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate 2 hours.
