- 2 lean bacon slices
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 large iceberg or round lettuce leaf
- A handful of arugula
- 2 teaspoons light mayonnaise
- A few chives, chopped
Directions

1Heat a nonstick frying pan, and cook the bacon for a few minutes each side, or until looking crisp and golden. In the same pan, add the halved cherry tomatoes, and cook for a few minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar.

2Slice the bacon. Arrange the lettuce leaf in a bowl or plate, and fill with the arugula, bacon, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, and chives. Roll up and eat as a wrap.
