- 13 cups Half-and-half
- 4 ounces, weight Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
Directions

1Cook bacon until crispy and just before it is done, add the garlic and cook, but do not brown the garlic.
