  • 7 slices Bacon, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 13 cups Half-and-half
  • 4 ounces, weight Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts

    Cook bacon until crispy and just before it is done, add the garlic and cook, but do not brown the garlic.

    Drain the bacon and garlic.

    Beat the cream cheese until smooth and add half-and-half until combined.

    Stir in the bacon and garlic, crumbled blue cheese, and chives.
