Blue Cheese Chutney Spread

  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped chutney
  • assorted crackers

Directions

    Beat all ingredients except chutney and crackers in medium bowl until creamy.

    Stir in chutney.

    Pack into 2-cup crock or non-metal container; cover tightly.

    Refrigerate at least 24 hours, no longer than 2 weeks.

    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

    Garnish with chutney, if desired.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
