- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped chutney
- assorted crackers
Directions

1Beat all ingredients except chutney and crackers in medium bowl until creamy.

2Stir in chutney.

3Pack into 2-cup crock or non-metal container; cover tightly.

4Refrigerate at least 24 hours, no longer than 2 weeks.

5Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

6Garnish with chutney, if desired.

7Serve with assorted crackers.
