- 1 stick Softened Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh finely chopped chives
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions

1Place the butter in a medium bowl and mash it with a rubber spatula until its very spreadable.

2Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

3Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap.

4Shape it into a log by rolling it up in the plastic wrap, then twist the ends to seal.

5Place in the refrigerator to harden before using, at least 30 minutes.
