  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 cups Blueberry Preserves
  • 1/3 cups Olive Oil
  • Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper, To Taste
  • 1 package (5.5 Oz. Size) Spring Green Mix
  • 1 package (5.5 Oz. Size) Baby Spinach Mix
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 whole Small Red Onion, Halved And Sliced
  • 1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

Directions

    Heat walnuts in a small skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until toasted and fragrant.

    Whisk together balsamic vinegar, blueberry preserves, olive oil, and salt and freshly ground pepper to taste in a small bowl.

    Combine walnuts, salad greens, blueberries, onion, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle with desired amount of vinaigrette, and toss to combine. Serve immediately with remaining vinaigrette.
