  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 Tbs. fat-free sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
  • 18 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Mash 1/4 cup blue cheese and buttermilk in small bowl with fork until mixture resembles small curds.

    Stir in rest of ingredients and remaining blue cheese.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
