  • 2 bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 3/4 ounces liver spread
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts drained and cho
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons pimiento stuffed green olives chopped

Directions

    In a small skillet cook the bacon until crisp; drain.

    Crumble bacon and set aside.

    In a small bowl beat together the softened cream cheese, the liver spread, the crumbled blue cheese, and the dry sherry until fluffy.

    Stir in the water chestnuts, the finely chopped onion, the chopped olives, and the crumbled bacon.

    Turn into one 3-cup or three 1-cup bowls or molds; cover and chill until firm.

    Unmold onto plate(s).

    Garnish with parsley sprigs and sliced olives.
