- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 8 ounces water chestnuts drained and cho
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons pimiento stuffed green olives chopped

Directions

1In a small skillet cook the bacon until crisp; drain.

2Crumble bacon and set aside.

3In a small bowl beat together the softened cream cheese, the liver spread, the crumbled blue cheese, and the dry sherry until fluffy.

4Stir in the water chestnuts, the finely chopped onion, the chopped olives, and the crumbled bacon.

5Turn into one 3-cup or three 1-cup bowls or molds; cover and chill until firm.
