Blue Cheese Stuffed Eggs

  • 12 large hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

    Add yolks, Blue cheese and remaining ingredients.

    Process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

    Spoon or pipe into egg whites.
