- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
Directions

1Place flounder fillets, lemon juice, onion, parsley and water in pressure cooker.

2Close cover securely.

3Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Cool pressure cooker at once.

6Stir in cream and blue cheese.
