  • 4 oz. blue cheese
  • 2 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • Pepper
  • 9 stalk celery hearts
  • 1/2 c. dried chopped Calimyrna figs
  • 1 tbsp. pure honey
  • snipped chives

    In medium bowl, with mixer on high speed, beat blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth.

    Add milk and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.

    Beat until well combined.

    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

    Transfer cheese mixture to heavy-duty quart-size resealable plastic bag with one corner cut to form 1/2-inch hole.

    Pipe cheese mixture down centers of celery pieces.

    Top with figs and lightly drizzle with honey.

    Garnish with chives.
