- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz.)
- 2 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
- 2 slices Jackstring or Muenster cheese
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1To form a pocket, cut each chicken breast in half horizontally, almost but not all the way through.

2Cut each ham and cheese slice lengthwise in half.

3Place a slice of ham and cheese in each pocket.

4Combine bread crumbs and paprika.

5Brush chicken with melted butter, then coat with crumbs.
