  • 2 lb. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large can button mushrooms
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire powder
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 10 drops Tabasco
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder

Directions

    Place beef cubes, mushrooms and pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers.

    Marinate for 30 minutes in the following sauce and then broil, basting with the sauce.
