- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 1 bottle catsup
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire powder
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 10 drops Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
Directions

1Place beef cubes, mushrooms and pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers.

2Marinate for 30 minutes in the following sauce and then broil, basting with the sauce.
