  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries

    1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2) In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and oil.

    3) In a separate smaller bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the milk mixture. Whisk together until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

    4) Pour mixture into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
