  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • a little sugar

Directions

    Beat eggs and add to other ingredients.

    Season to taste. Bake in greased baking dish at 325° for an hour.

    Especially good with fried chicken.
