  • 13 Graham crackers with 1/2 stick melted margerine for crust. 4 egg yolks
  • 1C sugar
  • 30 oz. cream cheese
  • 1C milk
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1t vanilla
  • 2T flour
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 4 beaten egg whites
  • 1 16 oz can blueberry pie filling.

Directions

    Make crust in food processer, press in bottom of springform pan. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add remaining ingredients as listed. Bake 1 hour in 200 degree oven, turn off heat and leave in oven 1 more hour. Cool on rack. Refrigerate, add blueberry topping when chilled.
