Blueberry Crumb Pudding

  • 2 pkg. frozen blueberries
  • 1 c. zwieback crumbs (12 pieces)
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar

    Thaw berries.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 1-quart casserole or baking dish.

    Roll zwieback into fine crumbs and mix with sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.

    Arrange 1 layer of blueberries on bottom of pan, cover with crumbs, alternating, ending up with crumbs on top.

    Bake 30 minutes.

    Serve warm or cool.
