  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 12 oz. (1 1/2 pkg.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can prepared blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tub Cool Whip

    Crust:

    Mix graham crackers, melted butter and pecans.

    Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

    Bake at 350° for 5 minutes. Cool.

    Beat together 3 eggs, sugar, softened cream cheese and vanilla.

    Spread over crust.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Spread can of blueberry pie filling over cheese layer.

    Freeze slightly.

    Spread Cool Whip over the top.

    Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze overnight.
