  • 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. broken Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar.

    Beat until fluffy. Slowly add sugar and broken Ritz crackers.

    Add nuts.

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

    Let cool.

    When cool, top with Cool Whip and then blueberry pie filling.
