Blueberry Dump Cake

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 qt. blueberries

Directions

    In a medium size Pyrex dish, layer blueberries on bottom, then pineapple, nuts, sugar and lemon juice.

    Top with dry cake mix. Dot with melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° until blueberries bubble and cake mix makes crust, approximately 30 minutes.
