- 4 cups blueberries
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 23 cup milk
Directions

1Heat berries, sugar & water slowly till berries begin to boil.

2Simmer ( 5 minute or so) while making the dumplings.

3Mix together flour, salt, baking powder & sugar.

4Cut in butter & add milk to make soft dough.

5Drop dumplings by the tablespoon on the berries.

6Cover with heavy lid and cook 15 minute without raising the lid.

7Dumplings will double in size.

8Serve with cream (or milk).
