  • 1 can Lucky Leaf blueberry pie mix
  • 1 c. biscuit mix or Bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp. whipped oleo (rounded)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. pecans, chopped fine

Directions

    Butter a quart size casserole dish.

    Pour can of pie filling into dish.

    In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, oleo and salt.

    Cut with pastry cutter or fork until mixture is crumbly (small pieces).

    Add pecans to this mixture.

    Sprinkle mixture over pie filling.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes or until crispy and brown on top.

    Serve warm with whipped cream or other topping.
