- 3/4 c. bread flour
- 3/4 c. cake flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk powder
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
Directions

1In a bowl, mix together the flours, sugar, salt, milk powder and baking powder.

2Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until well mixed.

3Mix water and egg whites to blend, but do not beat. Add to dry mixture, stirring just to blend.

4Mixture will be lumpy.

5Fold in blueberries.

6Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until nicely browned.

7Makes 12 muffins.
