- 1 1/2 c. sugar (I use Equal)
- 2 egg substitutes
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions

1Cream oil and sugar; add eggs and mix well.

2Blend in milk. Combine dry ingredients; mix by hand into the first mixture.

3Fold in blueberries very gently.
