- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 34 cup low-fat milk
- 13 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 14 cups frozen blueberries or 1 14 cups frozen mixed berries
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2add milk, butter and eggs.

3mix just until moistened.

4gently stir in berries.

5spoon batter into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan that has been greased on the bottom only.

6bake at 350F for 55-65 minutes.

7cool in pan 10 minutes.

8remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

9can also be made into muffins-bake 20-25 minutes.
