- 2 c. fresh blueberries
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Wash and remove stems from berries; drain well, set aside. Sift flour and sugar together.

2Combine eggs, milk, and oil. Gradually add to dry ingredients.

3Stir only until coated with batter.

4Pour onto a hot lightly greased griddle.

5Cook until surface is covered with bubbles.

6Turn and cook until bottom is brown.
