- 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1-1/2 cup Skim Milk
- 1/4 cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/4 cups Blueberries
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Set aside.

2In a medium bowl, whisk together egg whites, milk, cottage cheese and vanilla. Add milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just moist.

3Spray a large, wide skillet or electric griddle with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. For each pancake, spoon about 1/2 cup batter onto skillet and top with blueberries. Cook until lightly browned.

4Serve hot and topped with maple syrup.
