- 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, divided
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 12 oz. container Cool Whip lite
Directions

1Pour 1 1/4 cup blueberries into pie crust.

2Spread evenly and set aside.

3Combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan.

4Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat.

5Stir in margarine and vanilla.

6Pour over blueberries in pie crust.

7Chill.

8Spoon whipped topping around edge. Garnish with 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
