  • pastry for 9-inch pie (2 crusts)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 c. fresh or canned blueberries, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir in blueberries.

    Turn into pastry-lined pie plate.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Dot with margarine.

    Cover with top crust.

    Seal edges.

    Cut slits in top of crust.
