- 16 lb. tomatoes
- 1 (3 lb.) bag onions
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 to 8 green peppers, chopped
- 25 to 30 hot chili peppers (this is for hot salsa)
- 1 jar chopped garlic
Directions

1Skin, core and chop tomatoes.

2(I use a food processor.)

3Chop onions, green peppers and chili peppers.

4Put all in a pot; simmer until desired thickness (about 3 1/2 hours).

5While still on stove simmering, put salsa in sterile jars and seal immediately.

6Jars will seal on their own.
