  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
  • 2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems, undrained
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

    Rinse frozen peas and carrots under cold running water to separate.

    Drain.

    Mix peas, carrots and remaining ingredients except chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.

    Sprinkle with chips.

    Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven until hot and bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.
