- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
- 2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems, undrained
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Rinse frozen peas and carrots under cold running water to separate.

2Drain.

3Mix peas, carrots and remaining ingredients except chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.

4Sprinkle with chips.

5Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven until hot and bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.
